Company History
Polynet Public Company Limited (POLY) was founded by Mr. Srichai Laowrattana and Mrs. Kanchana Laowrattana on June 28, 1999, to fabricate and distribute molds used in the rubber industry. In 2011, the company founders saw an opportunity in the rapidly growing mold-making industry; therefore, expanding the business into molding rubber and plastic parts for the automotive industry. The company’s main customers are automotive manufacturers in Thailand.
Over the past years, the company has developed a high level of expertise in manufacturing parts for the automotive industry. In 2019, the company has diversified the production line to produce rubber, silicone and plastic parts for medical devices and various consumer products.

- Company established with registered capital of 1,000,000 baht.
2001
- Registered capital increases to 5,000,000 baht by issuing more shares and offering to existing shareholders.

2009
- Mold production expands
- Construction of a new factory (headquarters) with an area of 840 square meters, located at Bangsaothong District, Samutprakan Province.
- Accredited with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
2010
- Company’s focus shifts to manufacturing plastic and rubber automotive parts.
- Accredited to IATF16949 Quality Management System for the Automotive Industry.
2011
- Construction and installation of machinery used to mix rubber compounds, a raw material used in the production and forming of parts for automobiles.
2012
- Increased registered capital to 200,000,000 baht.
2015
- Accredited with ISO14001 Environmental management standard.
2017
- June: Increased registered capital to 330,000,000 baht.
- October: Accepted transfer of the entire business of Hi-Tech Elastomers Co., Ltd. to the Company, with the main assets being factories and machinery. Located in Bang Sao Thong District, Samut Prakan Province. (Branch Office)
2018
- Received ISO13485 certification for quality management system for medical devices industry.
- Purchased additional land at the head office area to prepare for the construction of additional industrial buildings.
2019
- March: Construction of clean rooms and control rooms to support the production of medical devices and consumer products.
- Q2: Production of medical equipment parts and instruments, and consumer products in both silicone and plastic form begins.
2020
- The company becomes a first-tier automotive component manufacturer by providing parts to automotive companies directly.
2021
- Purchased additional land in factory 1 in order to expand mold production capabilities. All mold production is planned to be moved to this area.
2022
- February: Received ISO14064-1 certification, a standard for measuring and reporting on greenhouse gases.
- March: Converted into a public limited company, with a par value of 1 baht per share. Increased registered capital to 450,000,000 baht.
- November: Registered to Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on 16 November 2022
- December: As of 31 December 2023, Polynet has registered capital 450,000,000 baht, Laowrattana group holds 78.44% and the remaining 21.56% of total shares are held by both domestic and international shareholders.
2023
- September: Polynet Public Company Limited signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Assoc. Prof. Rangsun Rangsiman, Director of the Medical Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, to collaborate on research and development of PEG products for enteral nutrition.
- October: Ms. Kanchana Laowrattana was selected as the "Outstanding Personality of the Year 2023" in the automotive industry sector by the Foundation for the Promotion of Science and Technology under the Patronage of His Majesty the King (FSTT).
- November: Polynet Public Company Limited received a 5-star rating, or "Excellent," for corporate governance evaluation from the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD), supported by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
- As of December 31, 2023, the registered and paid-up capital of the company was THB 450,000,000 The Laowrattana family holds 78.56 % of the shares, and the rest 21.44% is held by the public domestically and internationally.
2024
- February : Value Analysis and Value Engineering award from Toyota Daihatsu Engineering & Manufacturing (TDEM) for cost reduction efforts through engineering principles applied to process analysis
- The company utilized renewable energy from solar power, leading to energy savings and a reduction in electricity costs by 25-30%. Additionally, this initiative helped reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 1,800 metric tons per year.
2025
- June : On June 18, 2025, POLY established a wholly owned subsidiary to expand into the market for components and equipment related to power transmission systems. This follows the resolution passed by the Company’s Board of Directors in Meeting No. 3/2025 held on June 4, 2025, approving the establishment of the said subsidiary.
